Joe began his new home building career over 30 years ago learning the art of building under one of Tallahassee's largest volume new construction residential builders. During this time he worked on hundreds of homes, mastering the best building practices & craftsmanship.
Joe perfected his craft after building thousands of homes & started his own company in the 90's, winning several Parade of Homes & Realtor Choice Awards. He has been a Licensed Florida Contractor & Real Estate Sales Associate for over 20 years.
Joe has built many beautiful custom & spec homes in Tallahassee's finest neighborhoods of Sleepy Hollow, Golden Eagle, Buckhead, Bull Run, Summerbrooke, Killearn Lakes, Kimmer Row Gardens, Meadow Ridge at Bucklake, Piney Z, Goose Creek & Observation Pointe.
